The skirt was a $5 dress from SammyDress.com that had a top which was too tight for me. So I cut that off and put a belt over the waist to hide the rough trim. It fits and works as a skirt, and what can you ask for a $5 wholesale deal? Tank top from Old Navy. Short sleeve cardigan from Marshals, a long time ago. Butterfly canvas flats from Target.
